No, the neocons would prefer to see the entire constitution gone, so they could more fully control the speech, press, bodies, sex lives, party loyalties, diets, dress, religious beliefs, and ethnicity of every American Citizen- in the name of "security", of course. They are welcome to spout their idiotic babble for now, but they will someday be held accountable for plotting the overthrow of the United States of America. Anybody stupid enough to believe that creed is going to make a sloppy conspirist.
